The Challenge:
Clinical information about arthritis is prevalent. But just because the information is available, doesn’t mean that patients with arthritis understand it—or know what to do with it. When asked to come up with an effective way to disseminate information about the diagnosis and management of arthritis in older adults, Eden took the challenge one step further by examining ways to improve the patient-provider dialogue about the condition.

The Eden Solution:
Through a unique partnership with the National Council on the Aging (NCOA) and the Arthritis Foundation, Eden developed a comprehensive kit of educational and promotional materials allowing personnel at senior centers and nonprofit organizations to conduct community on-site workshops.
