The Challenge:
Recognizing the special considerations and challenges of treating older adult patients, our client asked Eden to develop a program that would help breach the “care gap” inherent in treating this patient population.

Eden responded with Older Adult Sensitivity Training, a unique interactive program focusing on nonclinical aspects of patient care to help providers develop sensitivity to the needs, circumstances, and issues essential for quality care of older adults.
